2.	Page 2, right column, first line, substitute “or” for “on”
3.	Page 14, left column, last paragraph, second line, change 17-11 to 16-11.
4.	Page 25, right column, paragraph beginning with “If The Psychological . . .,” six line down, substitute Coding for Letter–Number Sequencing
5.	Page 60, left column, insert new number 17 as follows: "On items 1 and 2, give appropriate caution if the child attempts to duplicate sides of the model." Change numbers17 through 39 to 18 through 40.

A lower score on Cancellation Structured than on Cancellation Random suggests that the child does not benefit from practice, that fatigue might have set in, or that structure is not helpful. A higher score on Cancellation Structured than on Cancellation Random suggests that the child benefits from practice, that fatigue did not set in, or that structure is helpful.
11.	Page 290, Note section, line 6, change Verbal-Performance to Verbal Comprehension-Perceptual Reasoning

Pages 329 to 335, for the mean of 5 subtests, switch the .05 and .01 differences from the third to the fourth column (i.e., on page 329, 2.27 and 2.28 are the .05 and .01 values for the Verbal subtests) and switch the differences in the fourth column to the third column (i.e., on page 329, 2.34 and 2.99 are the .05 and .01 values for Picture Concepts for Perceptual Reasoning subtests) .
